Join the monks and visitors in silence before 6pm Vespers weekdays
Here, some of our monks, visitors and people on their way home after work join together at St Augustine's Abbey, Chilworth and sit simply being quiet, praying, meditating, being still and being with God at 5.30pm every weekday before the Divine Office of Vespers starts at 6pm in the Abbey Church.

Roman Catholic Holy Mass: Sunday Mass is 10am, daily Mass is at 9am.
Monthly Saturdays 10.30am-12.20pm 25 July to 19 December 2026 inclusive. £12 per person: advance booking essential.
