St Augustine's Abbey, Chilworth has TWO entrances by road, both with free to use car parks:
Coming uphill along Sample Oak Lane from Chilworth Railway Station, the first road entrance is marked by a large Crucifix and takes you to the Abbey Church and Monastic Guesthouse entrances. This road entrance is nearest to The Assisi Room meeting room, which is found at the rear of the monastery. There is car parking, including disabled parking, here but not much space for many cars in total.
The second road entrance is the main entrance and is used for parking for the majority of our visitors, as well as for DELIVERIES TO THE MONASTERY.
